CATCON is a participatory conference in which a high degree of author interaction is encouraged. At least one of the authors of an accepted paper must register as presenting author before December 01, 2026. Each presenting author is permitted to present two papers at most. The paper identification number(s) must be provided by the presenting author during registration. In any case where a paper is not presented by one of its co-authors, for any reason, the paper will not be published in Archives.

The use of artificial intelligence (AI) and large language models (LLMs) in the preparation of manuscripts is strictly discouraged. Authors are expected to ensure that all submitted work is original, authored by the listed contributors, and reflects their own intellectual effort. The organizing committee reserves the right to screen all submissions using appropriate detection tools and verification procedures to identify the use of AI-generated or AI-assisted content. Manuscripts found to be in violation of this policy may be subject to rejection or other appropriate actions in accordance with the conference’s ethical guidelines.

The maximum page limit for regular papers is 6 (six) pages.

Each presenter has 20 minutes available, maximum 15 minutes for the presentation and 5 minutes for questions. Presenters can use the house style of their institution for slides and provide preferentially a PPT file.

Each poster may be up to 36 inches wide by 48 inches high i.e. 90 cm wide by 120 cm tall, accommodating European paper size A0.
