Key Benefits to the Contributors

Platinum Category (INR 2 Lakh + 18% GST)

• The logo of the primary contributor appears on the conference website/brochure/banner/hoardings and other promotional materials of the event.
• Opportunity to present to the audience around 20 minutes (maximum) duration related to their Organization/R&D activities/Products.
• Maximum four (4) approved promotional items (supplied by contributor) distributed with the conference packs to all delegates.
• Three banners/standees received from contributor will be displayed at the venue.
• Maximum one (1) stall (10 feet × 10 feet) is arranged for the contributors.
• The conference offers three (3) free registrations for the contributors. These registrations include all technical sessions, daily working lunches, admission to the welcome reception, the conference gala dinner, and the closing ceremony.

Diamond Category (INR 1.5 Lakh + 18% GST)

• The logo of the primary contributor appears on the conference website/brochure/banner/hoardings and other promotional materials of the event.
• Maximum three (3) approved promotional items (supplied by contributor) distributed with the conference packs to all delegates.
• Two banners/standees received from contributor will be displayed at the venue.
• Maximum one (1) stall (10 feet × 10 feet) is arranged for the contributors.
• The conference offers two (2) free registrations for the contributors. These registrations include all technical sessions, daily working lunches, admission to the welcome reception, the conference gala dinner, and the closing ceremony.

Gold Category (INR 1 Lakh + 18% GST)

• The logo of the primary contributor appears on the conference website/brochure/banner/hoardings and other promotional materials of the event.
• Maximum one (1) approved promotional items (supplied by contributor) distributed with the conference packs to all delegates.
• Two banners/standees received from contributor will be displayed at the venue.
• There are two (2) complimentary tickets available for the conference's gala dinner.
• Maximum one (1) stall (each of 10 feet × 10 feet) are arranged for the contributors.
• The conference offers one (1) free registration for the contributors. These registrations include all technical sessions, daily working lunches, admission to the welcome reception, the conference gala dinner, and the closing ceremony.

Silver Category (INR 50,000/- + 18% GST)

• The logo of the primary contributor appears on the conference website/brochure/banner/hoardings and other promotional materials of the event.
• One banner/standee received from contributor will be displayed at the venue.
• The conference offers one (1) free registration for the contributors. These registrations include all technical sessions, daily working lunches, admission to the welcome reception, the conference gala dinner, and the closing ceremony.

Bronze Category (INR 30,000/- + 18% GST)

• The logo of the primary contributor appears on the conference website/brochure/banner/hoardings and other promotional materials of the event.
