At least one author of the accepted paper must register with appropriate conference fee to include the paper in the CATCON program and conference proceedings.

Special Benefit for IEEE DEIS Members: To encourage sustained IEEE DEI Society membership and support the long-term growth and sustainability of the IEEE DEIS Chapter, participants who have maintained continuous IEEE DEI Society membership for more than one year are eligible to present up to two accepted papers under a single full registration, provided that both papers are presented by the same registered participant. Participants willing to avail of this benefit may be required to provide proof of their continuous IEEE DEIS Society membership.
